Building a Culture of Care.
Sally Weintrobe will talk on ways to build, and rebuild, a culture of care, drawing on her work exploring the psychological roots of the climate crisis. A culture of care supports us in achieving our deep wish to care and to live in a sustainable way.
Sally Weintrobe talks and writes on the climate crisis. She is a psychoanalyst, a Fellow of the British Psychoanalytical Society and she Chairs the International Psychoanalytical Association’s Climate Committee. She edited (2012) Engaging with Climate Change, authored (2021) Psychological Roots of the Climate Crisis and co-authored (2022) Climate Psychology: A matter of Life and Death.
